Article Review Session - Third Series

The 4th-semester students participated in the third series of Article Review Session on 23rd April, 2019. Ms. Subhashna Timothy, Ms. Suravi Regmi, Mr. Shikhar Basnet, Mr. Sameep Thapa and Ms. Ashmita Ghimire presented their article review on “3 Ways Your Company Can Integrate Multiple Generations and Engage Millennials”. The review was relevant to today’s organizational scenario as the presentation addressed the issue of creating a collaborative culture of various generations in an organization, to boost productivity. Mr. Keshav Gautam (Executive Editor of New Business Age), the guest speaker of the session, along with the faculty members of KCM provided their insightful feedback on the presentation.
