KCM signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AIESEC Nepal on 13th August 2014. AIESEC is an international non-profit organization that provides young people with leadership opportunities to develop themselves into global leaders and make differences in the society. Having presence in 124 countries with a network of over 100,000 members and 2400+ universities worldwide, AIESEC is the world’s largest youth run organisation.

- Global Community Development Program of 6-8 weeks for undergraduates and graduates
- Social responsibility development by engaging with students in a variety of activities for social causes like teaching, awareness raising on social problems and human rights
- Enhancing students’ professional development through membership and exchanges.
- Personal networking with likeminded people and organizations all over the world.
- Global recognition of students and the college as they get familiarized with over 2400 member universities across 124 countries in the world.
